• • In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and deeply understanding customer pain points and operational challenges. Your mission will be to translate these insights into elegant, effective, and impactful design solutions that resonate across our entire product ecosystem. You will be a leader in the design process, guiding initiatives from their nascent conceptual stages all the way through to successful execution and beyond. This involves leveraging your profound expertise in user-centered design methodologies, a keen eye for design craft, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• • As a steward of design quality, you will be responsible for leveraging, defining, and continuously evolving our design systems. This critical work ensures a consistent, cohesive, and highly effective product experience for our users across all touchpoints. You will dive deep into understanding customer and business problems, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research and data to inform your design decisions. You will own design challenges end-to-end, meticulously crafting user journeys, workflows, and identifying key product opportunities that drive significant value.
