- • Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from wireframing and user flow optimization to high-fidelity UI prototyping, ensuring seamless user experiences grounded in strategic intent.
- • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable UI design systems that enforce visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints, including mobile, web, and emerging platforms.
- • Translate complex business requirements and data-driven insights into intuitive, innovative, and aesthetically refined interfaces that elevate brand presence in the digital space.
- • Ensure all digital products align with and reinforce the brand’s visual identity by applying principles of traditional design excellence—including typographic precision, layout hierarchy, and color theory—to digital experiences.
- • Act as the primary design liaison between product strategy, creative teams, and engineering, advocating for design integrity while collaborating on technical feasibility and implementation.
- • Design and oversee the creation of high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, including advanced features like variables, auto-layout, and interactive components, to communicate user journeys and product behavior.
- • Maintain rigorous adherence to accessibility standards and cognitive design frameworks such as Miller’s Law to ensure inclusive, usable, and human-centered experiences.
- • Deliver clean, pixel-perfect design assets and specifications to front-end developers, with a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and React constraints to facilitate efficient handoff and implementation.
- • Provide art direction for visual elements beyond static UI, potentially overseeing 3D visualization, motion design, and high-fidelity rendering to enhance product storytelling and engagement.
- • Present design decisions confidently to stakeholders, clearly articulating the strategic rationale behind design choices and their impact on brand equity, user retention, and business outcomes.
- • Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates mastery of complex design systems, scalable UI libraries, and typographic excellence, with clear examples of end-to-end product ownership.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital ecosystem by continuously refining design patterns, establishing design norms, and mentoring junior designers where applicable.
- • Collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced, data-informed environment where design is deeply integrated with AI-powered OOH media technology and real-world brand impact.
- • Operate with autonomy and ownership, contributing beyond assigned responsibilities to support broader organizational goals and foster personal and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in design roles, with at least 3 years focused on digital product/UI/UX leadership
- • Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of scalable design systems and typographic excellence
- • Experience working in agency environments or design-led tech companies
- • Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React) and ability to deliver pixel-perfect assets for development
- • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Framer
