📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Shakepay, you will lead end-to-end design for core product areas across mobile and web.
• Day to day, you will run discovery, prototyping, testing, and high‑quality execution while partnering with Product and Engineering.
• Shakepay builds a fast, secure app (1M+ Canadians) and the Shakepay Card to help users earn and save bitcoin.
• In this role, you can shape product direction, design systems, and experiences that move key metrics like activation and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, or related field.
• 5–8+ years designing and shipping consumer product experiences.
• Strong end‑to‑end product design experience across mobile and web.
• Proficient with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Excellent visual craft, systems thinking, and product intuition.
• Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and driving discovery.
• Clear communicator who articulates design decisions to cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborative team player with experience partnering with PMs, Engineers, and Marketing.
• Passion for Bitcoin and financial empowerment.
