• • In this role, you will own the end-to-end user experience for multiple user types, including creators, brand managers, and our internal teams. Your responsibilities will span the entire product development lifecycle, from initial research and conceptualization through to detailed design, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering for seamless implementation. You will leverage your expertise in research, design thinking, and execution to create scalable, user-empowering products that redefine the creator marketing landscape.
• • **Key Responsibilities and Contributions:**
• • **User Research and Insight Generation:** Conduct comprehensive user research, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions, to deeply understand user needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You will become the primary authority on user behavior and motivations across the Kyra Platform.
• • **Persona and Journey Mapping:** Synthesize research findings into well-defined user personas, detailed customer journey maps, and actionable design recommendations that guide product strategy and development.
• • **Design and Prototyping Excellence:** Develop a range of design artifacts, from low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to high-fidelity mockups, for both web and mobile applications. Ensure the delivery of pixel-perfect designs through close collaboration with engineering teams.
• • **UX Metrics and Validation:** Define, track, and analyze key UX metrics, such as task success rates and time on task, to quantitatively validate the effectiveness of design changes and identify areas for further optimization.
• • **Innovation and Iterative Design:** Embrace a rapid prototyping and testing methodology to explore multiple design solutions quickly and iterate based on user feedback and performance data. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate passionately for the user's perspective in all cross-functional discussions.
