• • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in driving the entire design lifecycle for a diverse range of products. Your responsibilities will span from initial user research and conceptualization to the meticulous creation of high-fidelity user interfaces and the delivery of production-ready specifications. You will tackle complex design challenges across both B2C and B2B applications, with an approximate 80/20 split, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for a broad audience.
• • A core aspect of this role involves owning and evolving our design systems. You will be responsible for ensuring design coherence and consistency across our expanding product portfolio, enabling new products to launch with a unified aesthetic and existing products to evolve gracefully. This includes developing and maintaining robust component libraries, defining design patterns, and establishing best practices to empower other designers and engineers.
• • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with product managers to define product strategy and scope, and with engineers to ensure feasibility and efficient implementation. You will also partner with fellow designers to foster a collaborative environment, share knowledge, and collectively elevate the design output of the team. This cross-functional teamwork will be essential for aligning on priorities, navigating tradeoffs, and delivering high-quality products at a rapid pace.

This means bringing a keen eye for detail to every element, from the subtle nuances of micro-interactions within a digital wallet to the complex information architecture required for a sophisticated developer console.
