• • As a Senior Product Designer at Bitstack Technologies SAS, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for a rapidly growing crypto-native bank. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire product design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research through to final delivery and iteration, working in close collaboration with a talented engineering team.

• • In this role, you will operate without traditional product managers, meaning you will be empowered to lead projects end-to-end. This involves defining the product vision, crafting the user experience, and driving the impact of your design decisions. You will be a critical element of project teams, working side-by-side with engineers in small, autonomous units.
• • Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with engineering, care, and compliance teams to deliver impactful projects that resonate with our user base. You will be expected to lead design initiatives from their inception to a polished, production-ready state, taking full ownership of their success and ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
• • A core part of your role will involve creating high-quality mockups, interactive prototypes, and visually stunning assets with an exceptional eye for detail. You will also play a vital role in utilizing and enhancing our lightweight design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product offerings.

You will need to articulate your vision clearly, actively solicit and incorporate feedback, and champion the design perspective within cross-functional teams.
