📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Designer at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences for a global travel and spend management platform used by over 10,000 companies worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to eliminating the 'shadow work' that drains productivity—saving employees an estimated 7 hours per week and addressing a $1.7 trillion global inefficiency—by designing seamless, end-to-end journeys that empower employees, admins, and finance teams to manage travel and expenses effortlessly.
• • You will lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, transforming complex travel and financial workflows into simple, delightful interactions that align with Perk’s mission to power real work with real impact. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, accessibility, and business objectives while advocating for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Account Managers to define problem statements, validate assumptions through user research and data analysis, and iterate on solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. You will actively participate in design critiques, contribute to the evolution of Perk’s design system, and ensure consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
• • You will champion user-centered design by conducting usability testing, synthesizing customer feedback and market insights, and translating them into actionable design strategies that enhance satisfaction and adoption across diverse global user segments. Your storytelling skills will be essential in articulating the rationale behind design decisions to inspire alignment and drive consensus among teams.
• • You will take ownership of projects from concept through launch, breaking down complex initiatives into manageable, measurable deliverables that ship value quickly and sustainably. This includes setting quality benchmarks, mentoring junior designers, and influencing the overall design craft within the organization by modeling excellence in UX thinking, systems design, and execution.
