- • Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping enterprise-level digital products through user-centered design at scale, collaborating with internal client stakeholders to define, discover, and design impactful solutions.
- • Own end-to-end product design efforts for customer-oriented applications and platforms; facilitate strategic sessions with client peers and stakeholders; design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and business/user insights; collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved; make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design
- • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration
- • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers
- • Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- • Experience conducting ideation and proposing strategies to validate new ideas
- • Strategic thinker willing to ask the right questions to uncover needs and deal with ambiguity
- • Experience working in high-tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations
