- • Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the design direction of Fieldguide’s Audit product, tackling complex, ambiguous workflows in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audits to build trust in global commerce.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end design for audit workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering, translating customer needs into user journeys and polished UI, driving design execution in fast-paced environments, advocating for users within technical and regulatory constraints, owning significant product areas, and contributing to the design system while mentoring peers.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first, values-driven startup backed by top investors, building software to automate assurance and audit work, with a mission to modernize audit workflows and improve work-life balance for practitioners.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in AI-assisted design, influence product strategy and roadmap, strengthen systems thinking across workflows and personas, elevate craft and consistency in shipped work, and grow as a trusted design leader through mentorship and advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit or B2B SaaS workflows
- • Proficiency in translating customer needs and research into user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI
- • Experience incorporating AI into design practice, including designing AI-assisted workflows such as review, summarization, or guidance
- • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction
- • Strong systems thinking to anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and product areas
- • Proven ability to mentor peers, contribute to design systems, and serve as a trusted design voice
