- • As a Senior Product Designer on the Comparison Group’s Reviews team at GetYourGuide AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how travelers discover, evaluate, and book unforgettable experiences worldwide. Your work will directly influence how millions of users interact with review data — transforming raw feedback into intuitive, trustworthy, and emotionally resonant digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion across web and mobile platforms.
- • You will design and iterate on high-quality customer experiences for B2C travel platforms, crafting interfaces that are both visually compelling and deeply user-centered. Daily responsibilities include leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions, collaborating with UX researchers to plan and execute strategic research initiatives, working closely with Content Design to ensure coherent messaging and information architecture, and mentoring junior designers through constructive feedback and skill development. You will also advocate for user needs by developing a strong, evidence-based point of view, aligning stakeholders through clear communication of design rationale, and leading end-to-end design processes from concept to prototyping and validation via A/B testing.
- • You will join a collaborative, cross-functional team within GetYourGuide’s Comparison vertical, working side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Data Analysts to explore innovative ways to harness review data for customer benefit. The team operates with a strong emphasis on experimentation, user empathy, and data-informed iteration, fostering an environment where design excellence is both expected and celebrated.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in leading complex design projects at scale, refine your ability to translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences, and strengthen your leadership presence by mentoring peers and influencing product strategy. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 years’ experience with end-to-end product design in startup, SMB, or large company environments with a digital offering
- • Proven experience designing for B2C platforms, customer-facing interfaces, e-commerce, and mobile products
- • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale design projects with a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of effective partnership across Product, Engineering, and Content teams
- • Proficiency in prototyping (click-through mock-ups) and presenting design concepts with clear rationale and product vision
- • Strong understanding of how UX impacts business objectives, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
