- • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a pivotal force in defining the crypto experience landscape. Your responsibilities will extend to shaping both customer-facing designs that cater to a diverse global audience and business-facing design practices that inform strategic decisions and product development. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including product managers, researchers, and engineers, to transform innovative ideas into tangible, design-driven solutions.
- • Drive experience innovation for socially-driven and interaction-heavy features within our chat platform. Your focus will be on elevating the user experience, fostering meaningful connections among users, and ultimately boosting user adoption and engagement. This involves understanding the nuances of social interaction within a crypto context and designing features that facilitate seamless and valuable communication.
- • Partner closely with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to meticulously define core user problems. You will then translate these insights into user-centered design solutions, guiding them from initial concept through to polished execution. This collaborative process ensures that our designs are not only innovative but also deeply rooted in user needs and business objectives.
- • Contribute significantly to the entire product development lifecycle. This includes creating detailed wireframes, mapping out user flows and journey maps, developing high-fidelity mockups, building interactive prototypes to test and demonstrate concepts, and participating in evaluative research to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
- • Work in close collaboration with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership teams. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the overall design vision for your area of ownership, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and brand identity.
- • Consistently elevate the quality and impact of our designs. You will actively solicit feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews and presentations, and by facilitating design thinking workshops.
