📋 Description

• • Senior Product Designer (Contract) role at GoodParty.org focused on shaping the user experience for an AI-powered civic tech platform that empowers Independent candidates and strengthens democracy.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering end-to-end design for the Win product (campaign management tools), partnering with product and engineering teams, maintaining and extending the Figma-based design system, setting high craft standards in typography and interaction design, using data and metrics to inform decisions, and integrating AI tools like Figma AI and v0 into the workflow.
• • GoodParty.org is a Public Benefit Corporation founded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit, dedicated to making people matter more than money in democracy by providing free tools, training, and support to Independent candidates across all 50 states; since 2024, over 13,000 candidates have won races using their platform.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in design systems, data-informed design, AI-augmented workflows, and civic tech innovation while contributing to a mission-driven effort to democratize democracy and reduce corporate influence in politics.
