- • As a Senior Product Designer on Cresta’s Core Platform team, you will design the foundational frameworks and shared capabilities that power all Cresta products—including AI Agent, Agentic Assist, QM/Coaching, and Insights—ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and customizable across internal teams and external customers.
- • Your day-to-day work involves designing horizontal platforms rather than point solutions, focusing on frontend building blocks, internationalization, IAM, user and org management, accessibility, data metadata, third-party integrations, login flows, notifications, privacy experiences, and SDK/dev tools—partnering with Platform PMs and tech leads to shape strategy and drive cross-squad alignment.
- • You will operate at the intersection of design and engineering, using AI-native tools like Cursor and Claude for rapid prototyping, then applying rigor to deliver enterprise-ready experiences, while advocating for craft and raising the quality bar across the team.
- • Cresta, born from the Stanford AI Lab and led by pioneers like Sebastian Thrun, Ping Wu, and Tim Shi, is transforming contact centers by combining AI and human intelligence to unlock customer insights, automate workflows, and empower teams—offering you the chance to shape platform-level design that impacts every product and customer interaction.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in systems thinking, enterprise B2B design, and AI-augmented design workflows, while growing your influence in shaping platform strategy and earning trust as a design leader who balances idealism with pragmatic shipping judgment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Education in Design, HCI, or Interaction Design, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.
- • Experience designing large-scale B2B/enterprise platforms, data-rich experiences, or dev/ops tools.
- • Proficiency with AI-native design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP for prototyping and design workflows beyond traditional tools like Figma.
- • Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end flows, and elegant solutions to complex problems—not just isolated screens.
- • Strong systems thinking and technical fluency, with blended UX expertise in interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research.
- • Curious, adaptable, quick learner who thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
