📋 Description

• • Senior Product Designer (Design Systems) role focused on owning and evolving Arbor Education’s design system while establishing frameworks and processes that enable the design team to deliver high-quality, consistent work at scale.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the strategic direction and governance of the design system, leading and mentoring designers, designing wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups, conducting user research, exploring AI-enhanced tooling for design acceleration, and translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
