📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role at Finster.ai, a Series A AI-native research and task automation platform for finance, redefining how institutional investors interact with complex data through intuitive, trustworthy AI-powered interfaces.
• Shape the UX of an AI-driven financial research platform by designing context-aware, data-heavy web interfaces, collaborating with product and engineering teams, maintaining the design system, and leveraging AI tools to enhance design velocity without compromising critical thinking.
• Join a ~25-person team based primarily in London (with a New York office), composed of experts from Google DeepMind, Meta AI, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and other top-tier financial and AI institutions, working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and high-stakes finance.
• Own key product areas end to end, influence design strategy alongside the Head of Experience, gain direct exposure to Tier 1 investment banks and asset managers, and grow professionally in a fast-scaling, intellectually curious environment post-Series A.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product design (3+ years) with a portfolio demonstrating design process and strong visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience maintaining design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Web experience required (product is web-based; mobile app planned).
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
