Your contributions will extend beyond customer-facing designs, influencing business-facing design practices that support strategic decisions and product development. By collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, researchers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will lead the transformation of innovative ideas into impactful, design-driven solutions that resonate with a global user base.
• • **What You’ll Be Doing:**
• • As a Senior Product Designer focused on Growth, your responsibilities will be multifaceted and critical to our product's success:
• • **Drive Experience Innovation:** Lead the charge in innovating user experiences for socially-driven and interaction-heavy features. Your focus will be on elevating user engagement, fostering meaningful connections within our platform, and ultimately driving user adoption and retention.
• • **User-Centered Design:** Partner closely with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to deeply understand core user problems. You will be responsible for delivering user-centered design solutions, guiding them meticulously from initial concept through to polished, production-ready execution.
• • **Design Process Contribution:** Actively contribute to the entire product development lifecycle by creating essential design artifacts. This includes developing wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will also play a role in planning and executing evaluative research to validate design decisions.
• • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work in close collaboration with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership teams. Your input will be vital in shaping the overall design vision and strategy for your area of ownership, ensuring alignment and cohesive user experiences.
• • **Elevate Design Quality:** Consistently strive to enhance the quality and impact of our designs. This involves actively soliciting and incorporating feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, compelling presentations, and by facilitating insightful design thinking workshops.
