📋 Description
- • We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong growth and performance mindset — someone who can design not only beautiful and intuitive interfaces, but also user experiences that directly impact conversion, activation, retention, and LTV.
- • This role is ideal for a designer who has experience with B2C products, subscription flows, onboarding journeys, paywalls, A/B testing, and data-informed design decisions.
- • Responsibilities include designing and improving user experiences for B2C digital products, working on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows.
- • The ideal candidate will have experience with B2C digital products, proven experience designing performance-driven user flows, hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation, and a data-driven mindset.
- • The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- • The team operates within the 7:00–18:00 CET/EET window, with flexibility based on workload and collaboration needs.
- • The company uses self-reporting for project cost allocation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- • Strong experience with B2C digital products.
- • Proven experience designing performance-driven user flows: onboarding, subscription funnels, paywalls, CRO flows, trial-to-paid conversion, or retention journeys.
