- • You will be instrumental in reimagining marketing workflows in an era of rapid AI advancement. Your work will focus on integrating visual and AI-driven editing experiences seamlessly, creating a unified framework for content editing that directly addresses complex user needs and translates them into delightful, user-centered solutions.
- • This role demands end-to-end ownership of design projects, from initial discovery and research through to shipping and iterative improvements. The Editor Product Group UX Team tackles diverse problems but shares a common mission: to simplify complex, powerful tools for real people and teams. You'll have the chance to work on projects that are seen and felt by millions, directly contributing to business growth and customer success.

- • This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is energized by new challenges. - • The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior designers, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative design environment. While not explicitly stated as a management role, senior designers are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
- • You will be expected to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and alignment on design strategies and solutions.
- • Ultimately, this role is about creating exceptional user experiences that empower marketers to achieve their goals more effectively, driving customer satisfaction and business success for HubSpot.
