• • You will operate within the Handshake AI division, which specializes in powering expert-labeled data collection at scale. This involves matching domain experts with premier AI companies to train frontier models. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our clients, operational teams, and the product development group, designing the critical experiences that enable this complex work.
• • In this dynamic position, you will be tasked with addressing design challenges as they emerge. This requires a proactive approach to quickly diagnose issues, stabilize and enhance existing features, and implement pragmatic solutions that ensure the smooth operation of projects for both our clients and internal operators. A significant portion of this work will occur in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments where rapid decision-making, sound judgment, and strong product intuition are paramount.
• • You will forge close partnerships with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to collaborate with leading AI companies. Your role will involve transforming ambiguity into well-defined plans and rapidly designing innovative solutions that cater to emerging AI capabilities and real-world operational workflows.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to engage deeply with customer and internal teams to thoroughly understand their needs, extract actionable insights, and ensure that the solutions you design effectively address genuine user problems and pain points.
• • You will own the complete end-to-end design process. This encompasses the entire journey from initial discovery and concept development through to the creation of production-ready solutions and subsequent iteration based on invaluable real-world feedback.
• • You will be responsible for designing bespoke, production-grade solutions tailored to complex, high-impact customer requirements, often in scenarios where there is little existing precedent. This involves rapidly prototyping and validating workflows, shipping practical and effective solutions, and diligently sharing learnings with internal teams to facilitate the incorporation of successful patterns into the core product offering.
• • Your design output will encompass thoughtful visual and interaction design, meticulously balancing usability, clarity, and scalability across both custom-tailored solutions and the evolving capabilities of the platform.
