- • Senior Product Designer at Universe Group Ltd, a fast-scaling tech company building AI-powered creative tools for pro-creators, responsible for shaping product experience, driving user activation and retention, and contributing to strategic product decisions from day one.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing product solutions for various user scenarios with focus on activation and retention, collaborating with Product Managers on hypothesis testing and A/B experiments, creating scalable and technically sound interfaces using an existing design system, conducting competitor analysis, initiating UX/UI improvements, leading design workshops, and working closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- • The team includes the CEO (Ruslan), Full Stack Developer, PPC Specialist, Growth Product Manager, Product Manager, and Data Analyst — offering direct mentorship from a proven entrepreneur whose previous startup scaled 4x in one year, raised $150K (including from Google), and expanded to Europe and Brazil.
- • You will gain hands-on experience with AI-driven products (LLM, image generation, automation), contribute to strategic planning, grow into a Lead role, build your own design team, and develop T-shaped skills through mentorship in product thinking and analytics within a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of commercial experience in product design (UI/UX or Product Designer)
- • Proven experience in formulating and validating product hypotheses
- • Excellent UI skills with advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, design systems)
- • Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
- • Understanding of HTML/CSS principles and web development constraints
- • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English and readiness to work daily with AI tools in English
- • Self-starter mindset with product ownership — proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions
- • Active portfolio with real commercial case studies
