• • **What the person will do day to day:**
• • **Lead end-to-end design projects** within a product trio (Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Designer), from framing problems to refining final interactions. You will own the design process, ensuring that solutions are user-centric, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals.
• • **Transform ambiguous or technical workflows** into intuitive, purposeful experiences for IT professionals. This includes simplifying complex migration scenarios, such as enterprise-scale data transfers, into clear, actionable steps that reduce cognitive load and minimize errors.
• • **Design flows, interfaces, and interactions** that streamline Microsoft 365 and cloud-migration processes. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide users through technical decisions, such as planning migrations, configuring settings, and troubleshooting issues.
• • **Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams**, including Product Managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts, to clarify scope, align on strategy, and ensure design quality throughout development.
