- • Senior Product Designer leading high-impact initiatives across Storefront’s merchant and consumer experiences, shaping thoughtful solutions that drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- • Own and drive product initiatives end-to-end, from exploration through shipped impact, while defining strategy and vision in ambiguous problem spaces.
- • Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to turn opportunities into high-quality experiences and contribute to experimentation and continuous improvement efforts.
- • Design across surfaces and systems to support merchants and their customers, influencing team practices to raise the bar for clarity, speed, and design excellence.
- • Part of DoorDash’s Commerce organization, working on Storefront—a white-label digital ordering platform empowering merchants to own their online presence and grow first-party sales.
- • Hybrid role based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Design for Storefront.
- • Opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer experience, merchant tooling, growth, and AI-driven innovation, revolutionizing ecommerce for local businesses.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful digital products as a senior individual contributor.
- • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to independently frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution.
- • Strong systems thinking combined with exceptional interaction and visual craft.
- • Fluency in experimentation and iterative product development, understanding how design drives business outcomes.
- • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and thoughtful application to improve product experiences and design workflows.
- • Strong communicator capable of articulating strategy, rationale, and trade-offs across cross-functional partners.
