- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience landscape of the rapidly evolving crypto industry. You will craft intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically appealing designs that not only meet the needs of a global audience but also drive business objectives and product development strategies.
- • You will lead the complete product design process from its earliest stages through to successful execution. This encompasses understanding demand, conducting thorough research, and delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences that are both engaging and reliable.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve deeply understanding both business goals and user needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, UX writers, and marketing teams to translate insights from qualitative and quantitative research into innovative design strategies and actionable solutions.
- • You will independently deliver a comprehensive suite of design artifacts. This includes detailed user flows, robust information architecture, intuitive wireframes, precise interaction designs, high-fidelity visual mockups, and interactive prototypes, all aimed at continuously enhancing the overall product experience.
- • A significant focus of this position will be on spearheading the design of growth-oriented products and marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving user conversion rates, increasing engagement, and driving user acquisition and retention strategies.
- • You will work in close partnership with UX research, UX writing, and brand teams to collectively shape and champion the overarching design vision for your designated business domain, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- • Operating within a global and multicultural context, you will collaborate effectively with international teams. This involves participating in cross-regional projects to ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality, unified user experience across all markets.
- • You will be a proactive participant in design reviews and design thinking workshops. By leveraging structured feedback mechanisms and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will play a key role in elevating the overall quality and effectiveness of our design output.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, preferably with experience in large platforms, complex systems, or global products.
- • Strong visual design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and meticulous attention to detail, capable of delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity design drafts.
- • Proven experience designing for growth products, user conversion flows, and user acquisition/retention mechanisms, or significant participation in product design for marketing initiatives.
- • Proficiency in user experience design methodologies, with a deep understanding and practical experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
- • Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion while effectively balancing user experience with business goals.
- • Proficient in both Chinese and English for effective work communication, enabling seamless collaboration with international teams.
