📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer (UX Specialist) role focused on defining and building the foundational product experience for a next-generation creator platform in the audiobook and creator ecosystem, establishing UX principles, design systems, and interaction patterns from the ground up.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery, transforming complex workflows into intuitive user-centered experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs, establishing and evolving design systems and interaction patterns, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions, contributing to product strategy through strong product thinking and user empathy, balancing speed and quality in an iterative environment, and advocating for design excellence and UX best practices.
• The role is part of TrueLogic Company, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on impactful digital transformation projects, including this media client building a platform for authors, narrators, agents, and publishers across the content lifecycle.
• The designer will have significant influence on product direction, the opportunity to shape foundational experiences impacting creators globally, and will grow expertise by working on innovative, high-impact projects with top American companies while developing skills in design systems, AI-assisted tools, analytics-heavy dashboards, and creator-focused workflows.

• Experience designing consumer-grade SaaS products
