- • As a Senior Product Designer at CreatorIQ, you will take real ownership of the design process from initial sketches to shipped features, shaping products that solve real user problems in the creator economy space.
- • You will act as the Design Lead within a product trio, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to simplify workflows, remove friction, and ensure designs are feasible and high-quality.
- • You will contribute to evolving and maintaining a living Design System, conduct usability testing, and partner with Product on research to drive insights that improve user experience.
- • You will work in a flexible, distributed team environment with a focus on async communication, helping to shape product strategy by identifying opportunities and challenging assumptions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products
- • Fluency in UX/UI patterns and the ability to know when to apply or deviate from them
- • Ability to map user flows quickly, prototype rapidly, and articulate design decisions clearly
- • Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating effectively with engineers
- • Understanding of front-end fundamentals to ensure designs are technically feasible
- • Strong asynchronous communication skills with a preference for thoughtful documentation over excessive meetings
- • Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones, including occasional flexible scheduling
