• • You will own complex, end-to-end integration and platform challenges, contributing significantly to the evolution of our systems, processes, and engineering culture as we continue our rapid growth.
• • Nory was founded by our CEO, Conor, who experienced firsthand the operational pain points of running a restaurant, leading him to create a solution that eliminates the need for juggling disparate systems, clunky spreadsheets, and manual processes.
• • Our all-knowing restaurant management system leverages real-time data and AI predictive analytics to provide operators with unparalleled control over their margins, from food preparation to forecasting.

• • As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining the future of Nory's integration capabilities, working in a cross-functional team with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for your product area.
• • Your role will involve tackling complex integration and platform problems from the initial stages of discovery and design through to delivery, continuous iteration, and long-term strategic evolution.
• • You will thrive in an environment of ambiguity, actively contributing to defining not only what we build but also the strategic 'why' behind it.
• • This position requires designing robust backend systems while also being prepared to contribute across the full stack as needed, demonstrating versatility and a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.
• • Beyond greenfield projects, you will be responsible for strengthening and evolving our existing integrations, enhancing internal tools and processes, and transforming legacy or manual workflows into scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
• • Your work will directly enable both our internal teams and our customers to operate with greater speed and confidence.
• • You will collaborate closely with product designers, customer success managers, and fellow engineers, operating within a tight feedback loop that includes leadership, production environments, and direct customer input to continuously enhance the product and its underlying architecture.
• • Key projects for the Plug and Play team include expanding the range of EDI messages supported to facilitate deeper, more automated customer workflows, and building and scaling our integrations marketplace to simplify the discovery, enablement, and trust of integrations for our customers.
• • You will also be involved in designing and launching Nory’s public API, establishing a secure, well-documented foundation for external developers and partners to build upon.
• • Furthermore, you will focus on improving our integration infrastructure and processes to make existing integrations more self-serve, scalable, and reliable, alongside strengthening internal tooling and observability to streamline the debugging, monitoring, and evolution of integrations.
