- • Lead the development of user-facing features for the Starbridge platform using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies, ensuring high performance and stability.
- • Collaborate directly with product and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, accessible interfaces for non-technical users.
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of front-end components, from prototyping and implementation to performance optimization and QA, with a focus on speed and reliability.
- • Set and enforce the highest standards for UX and UI quality, ensuring every interface is polished, responsive, and aligned with customer needs.
- • Measure and optimize front-end performance using industry-standard tools, identifying bottlenecks in rendering, loading, and interactivity to improve user experience.
- • Drive architectural decisions for front-end systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with long-term product goals.
- • Act as a proactive team player, initiating improvements in code quality, development workflows, and cross-functional communication without requiring direction.
- • Participate in a hybrid work model that blends synchronous and asynchronous communication, adapting seamlessly to global team rhythms across Europe and LATAM.
- • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of front-end releases.
- • Rapidly iterate on product features based on real-time customer feedback, prioritizing momentum and responsiveness over perfection.
- • Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, ensuring all engineering decisions directly enhance the user’s ability to succeed with the platform.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience in modern web ecosystems
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and CSS
- • Proven experience working in a startup or small company environment with direct engineering impact
- • Experience making technical architecture decisions as a lead or senior engineer
- • Valid authorization to work in Europe or LATAM (no visa sponsorship available)
- • Familiarity with GitHub CI/CD pipelines
