📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Pattern’s ecommerce marketplace prep system, designing features that enhance scalability, accuracy, and speed for global brand partners and 3PL customers.
• Collaborate directly with operations teams, UX designers, and software developers to translate complex ecommerce logistics needs into actionable product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Leverage Pattern’s proprietary technology and AI models—powered by over 66 trillion data points—to identify opportunities for automation and optimization in advertising, content management, pricing, forecasting, and fulfillment.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for new product capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals of driving profitable revenue growth across 60+ global marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from brand partners and 3PL customers to inform product decisions and validate assumptions before development.
• Own the product vision for marketplace prep systems, ensuring seamless integration between data inputs, software outputs, and operational workflows across global regions.
• Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, align stakeholders, and drive execution of high-impact features that reduce manual effort and increase automation in ecommerce operations.
• Translate market trends and competitive insights into product strategy, maintaining Pattern’s leadership as the fastest-growing tech company in North America recognized by Deloitte and Inc.
• Communicate product progress and outcomes to executive leadership, engineering teams, and customer-facing departments using data-driven storytelling and clear documentation.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, balancing innovation with operational reliability in a high-growth environment.
• Stay deeply informed about evolving ecommerce marketplace rules, algorithms, and seller requirements across global platforms to ensure Pattern’s systems remain compliant and competitive.
• Partner with customer success and support teams to surface recurring pain points and turn them into scalable product solutions.
• Maintain a relentless focus on customer outcomes, ensuring every product decision directly contributes to accelerating brand growth on global marketplaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a technology-driven company with complex operational systems
• Deep familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Tmall, or similar global platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage products powered by large-scale data, AI, and machine learning systems
