- • Senior Product Manager responsible for owning and evolving the AI Care Experience—how care is delivered to members through software at 9amHealth, a Series B digital health company redefining cardiometabolic care with AI-driven solutions.
- • Drive the end-to-end member journey into a seamless, AI-first care experience by identifying where AI can reduce friction, improve clarity, and drive behavior change while balancing automation with human care to ensure clinical outcomes and trust.
- • Partner with clinical teams to translate care pathways, decision logic, and real-world workflows into product experiences, AI behavior, and system logic, helping define how care is delivered through software.
- • Lead a product team to ship AI-powered experiences including conversational agents, personalized recommendations, intelligent workflows, and automation; define human vs AI boundaries for clinical safety; contribute to prompt design and evaluation frameworks; own metrics for engagement, retention, and clinical adherence; and drive product strategy and execution across product, design, engineering, and clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer or SaaS products
- • Direct experience in healthcare or care delivery environments (e.g., digital health, care delivery organizations, clinical workflows, patient-facing health products)
- • Strong track record owning end-to-end user or patient experiences
- • Experience working on or alongside AI-powered products
- • Proven ability to work closely with clinicians and translate care pathways and decision logic into product systems
