📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for Spend at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company’s Bill Pay and Procurement products, driving strategy, defining solutions, and overseeing delivery from concept to launch for a global financial platform serving over 200,000 businesses.
• You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, commercial strategy, and regulatory teams to build scalable, high-impact financial products that integrate seamlessly into Airwallex’s unified payments and financial infrastructure.
• Your day-to-day will involve translating product vision into actionable roadmaps, conducting deep user and market research, prioritizing features based on data and business impact, and ensuring execution with speed, rigor, and customer-centricity.
• You will operate in a high-growth, innovative environment where founder-like energy, ownership, and first-principles thinking are valued, enabling you to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and accelerate your impact on the future of global banking.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in fintech or spend management products
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework is a plus
• Technical fluency to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems
• Sharp product and design thinking with experience building delightful, detail-oriented customer-facing experiences
• Exceptional communication skills to translate strategy across technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical rigor: structured problem-solving, data-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail
• Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into shipped products quickly
• Collaborative mindset to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
