- • Lead the strategy and execution of Merative’s API and integration platform, focusing on MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent-based interactions to enable seamless connectivity across customer workflows, partner systems, and next-generation applications.
- • Define and evolve the product vision for scalable, composable services that support both application and agent-based consumption, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging AI/ML trends.
- • Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance interfaces that accelerate partner adoption and reduce custom development effort.
- • Establish clear productization standards including packaging, pricing, versioning, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistency and scalability.
- • Design repeatable integration patterns that streamline onboarding, tooling, and documentation to improve developer experience and drive platform usage.
- • Shape how platform capabilities are exposed for AI-driven workflows and agent-based interactions, enabling intelligent automation and context-aware responses.
- • Improve developer experience through better documentation, onboarding guides, and tooling to increase adoption and reduce friction.
- • Define and track success metrics across adoption, performance, and revenue impact to measure the effectiveness of platform initiatives and guide future investments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of product management experience with strong ownership of APIs, platforms, or integration technologies.
- • Proven experience building and scaling external-facing or developer-focused products in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech.
- • Deep understanding of API design, service architectures, and integration patterns, including modern authentication and security models (OAuth, token-based access).
- • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or agent-based systems, with the ability to learn quickly and apply emerging technologies.
- • Capacity to operate at both technical depth and business strategy levels, bridging engineering execution with strategic planning.
