  • • As a Senior Product Manager in Smartsheet’s Applied AI organization, you will own the roadmap for specialized AI agents and evaluation infrastructure, driving the development and deployment of complex agent capabilities that empower teams across the company to build high-quality AI solutions.
  • • Day to day, you will define product strategy and execution for AI agents, ship technically complex end-to-end agent capabilities, establish development standards for agentic systems, mentor junior product managers, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • • You will join a forward-thinking Applied AI team at Smartsheet, a company with over 20 years of experience enabling teams to automate work, uncover insights, and scale smarter through intelligent work management solutions, all while fostering a culture of purpose-driven innovation.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI product leadership, influence cross-functional AI initiatives at scale, and shape the foundation for how Smartsheet builds and evaluates AI agents — advancing both your technical acumen and strategic impact in a high-autonomy, remote-eligible position.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8-10+ years of product management experience with technically complex platforms
  • • Fluency in AI/ML concepts including model evaluation, agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and quality measurement
  • • Track record of shipping enterprise software from inception to launch
  • • Experience building or managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI or ML systems (strongly preferred)
  • • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with significant autonomy
  • • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
