📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager, Growth role focused on owning and scaling the first 30-day customer experience to accelerate onboarding, activation, and long-term revenue impact for Homebase’s small business customers.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap for onboarding, driving signup-to-activation conversion, designing self-serve flows and in-product guidance, owning key growth metrics, running high-velocity A/B tests, and leading an AI-first product strategy for onboarding experiences.
• Homebase Labs Inc. is a fast-moving, mission-driven company building tools to help small businesses thrive, with over 150,000 customers relying on its platform for scheduling, payroll, HR, and team communication.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in product-led growth (PLG) mechanics, AI feature evaluation, behavioral analytics, and cross-functional leadership while making measurable impact on activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and customer acquisition cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated PLG, growth, onboarding, or activation role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven ownership of the full PLG funnel with quantifiable results, such as improved signup-to-activation rate
• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, including building and interpreting funnel reports and activation cohorts
• Demonstrated experimentation skills in designing and shipping A/B tests, understanding statistical significance, and iterating based on results
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features and evaluating AI outputs rigorously
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence, particularly with Engineering and Design teams, without direct authority
