📋 Description

• As the Staff Product Manager, Onboarding at Airwallex, you will own and optimise the critical first interactions that users have with the company's products, creating a delightful and frictionless onboarding experience that empowers new customers to understand product value, get set up with Airwallex, while balancing KYC & KYB initiatives to minimise risk of fraudulent users and bad actors on the platform.
• You will own the strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the ideal journey from discovery to sign-up to product adoption, utilizing data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding flow, and design and implement A/B tests to improve UX/UI and optimise the onboarding journey.
• You will join a passionate Product team at Airwallex that is obsessed with crafting customer-centric solutions, combining technical expertise with deep customer understanding to design unified, intuitive, and scalable products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• You will strike the right balance between a frictionless onboarding process and robust KYC & KYB controls to mitigate risk to Airwallex and its customers, while growing your career as part of a global team building the future of global banking and payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
• Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with exemplary academic achievements
