- • As the Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end quoting experience within the Jerry.ai app, directly influencing how millions of users shop for car insurance by ensuring accurate, fast, and competitive quotes are delivered in seconds.
- • You will serve as the sole Product Manager on the Quoting team, responsible for driving high-impact carrier integrations, optimizing marketplace performance, owning the customer funnel, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining ultra-low quote latency — all critical to Jerry.ai’s mission of simplifying car ownership through AI-powered automation.
- • Day to day, you will: drive carrier integrations by leading technical and business discussions with external insurance partners to launch new products and coverage options; optimize quoting system logic by refining eligibility rules, coverage matching, and rating algorithms to maximize quote volume and competitiveness; own the end-to-end customer funnel by analyzing drop-off points using behavioral and conversion data, then implementing UX and technical fixes to improve quote success rates; ensure data accuracy by validating underwriting inputs and monitoring quote integrity to protect both user trust and company loss ratios; and scale with speed by owning SLA compliance for median quote latency (5–15 seconds), working closely with engineering to maintain system reliability and responsiveness.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, insurance specialists, and external carrier teams, translating complex API documentation, rating engines, and underwriting rules into clear, actionable product roadmaps while advocating for the user experience in every technical decision.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics, with proven ability to manage complex backend integrations and translate technical requirements into user-focused product outcomes.
- • Extreme attention to detail and comfort diving into API documentation, rating logic, and underwriting rules to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience living in KPIs — specifically tracking Quote Success Rates, Conversion, and Loss Ratios — and using data to diagnose funnel drop-offs and drive optimization.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners to align on roadmaps and resolve complex technical hurdles.
- • Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and a desire to apply AI at scale to deliver personalized customer experiences.
