📋 Description

• • As a Senior Professional Services Consultant at ChartHop Corporation, you will lead complex compensation planning cycles, configure technical integrations, and deliver custom project solutions that enable HR teams to leverage data-driven insights for organizational success. Your work directly supports ChartHop’s mission to transform people operations through its AI-first platform, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable delivery of compensation workflows and system integrations.
• • Day to day, you will configure and manage merit, bonus, and equity compensation cycles; build and troubleshoot compensation formulas using proprietary and standard tools (Excel, Python, SQL); validate data inputs and outputs for accuracy; develop custom PDF letter templates and ad hoc reports; set up and migrate third-party integrations and SFTP connections; diagnose and resolve data mapping and sync issues using ChartHop’s UI and API; serve as the primary customer contact throughout engagements; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; manage project timelines and expectations across SMB to enterprise clients; partner with Customer Success for seamless handoffs; create and maintain internal documentation; train teammates on evolving processes; and provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product teams based on field patterns.
