- • Day-to-day responsibilities include bringing structure and clarity to complex cross-functional programs, prioritizing work, aligning resources, surfacing technical dependencies early, and ensuring team coordination from planning through delivery.

- • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving complex, cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- • Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand and engage deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams on technical topics.
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage dependencies, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive alignment across engineering, product, data science, and executive stakeholders.
- • Experience working with CTOs or senior technology leaders in high-growth, innovative technology companies.
