📋 Description

• Senior Program Manager role at Netomi AI Inc., a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, working with global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United to drive AI-powered automation at scale.
• The role involves partnering directly with the CTO and collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and cross-functional teams to execute the company’s most strategic technical initiatives.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include bringing structure and clarity to complex cross-functional programs, prioritizing work, aligning resources, surfacing technical dependencies early, and ensuring team coordination from planning through delivery.
• Netomi is backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, and focuses on enabling agentic automation across the customer journey with a no-code platform that delivers fast time to market, low total cost of ownership, and scalable AI agent management.
• This highly visible role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined program management, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on transforming enterprise customer experience through AI.
• The ideal candidate will help bridge technology, execution, and business priorities to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving complex, cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand and engage deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams on technical topics.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage dependencies, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive alignment across engineering, product, data science, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with CTOs or senior technology leaders in high-growth, innovative technology companies.
