- • The Senior Program Manager at Pluralsight is responsible for planning and executing cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business objectives by managing scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
- • Day to day, the role involves facilitating project scope definition and timeline/resource estimations, maintaining accurate project schedules and documentation per EPMO policies, managing team dependencies, conducting regular project meetings to track progress and action items, delivering weekly project reporting on progress, risk, value delivery, and resource utilization, developing stakeholder relationships, proactively monitoring and communicating risks and issues with mitigation plans, assisting with lean process reviews and mapping, and supporting quarterly program planning to align business initiatives with technology roadmaps.
