  • • As a Senior Program Manager at Cambium Learning Group, you will be at the forefront of managing a critical statewide assessment program, ensuring its successful operation and continuous improvement. This pivotal role involves leading the strategic design and annual updates for a range of essential program materials, including comprehensive manuals, engaging publications, and the program's official website, as well as developing impactful training resources for stakeholders.
  • • You will be instrumental in orchestrating the efforts of cross-functional teams, meticulously managing project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring unwavering adherence to contractual obligations, robust change management protocols, and budgetary constraints. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high standards expected of our educational technology solutions.
  • • A core responsibility involves driving the development lifecycle for new program publications and executing annual updates for existing ones. This includes overseeing the content creation, review, and finalization processes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with program objectives and client needs.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Operations Director to conduct thorough analyses of project schedules and scope, enabling the effective allocation of resources and ensuring that teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet deliverables.
  • • Working directly with the state education department lead, you will play a key role in establishing annual program goals and defining precise deliverable timelines, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to liaunt with various internal and external teams and organizations to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of all program-related information. This requires strong communication and coordination skills to bring together diverse perspectives and expertise.
  • • You will be empowered to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their unique skillsets and the complexity of the work. Furthermore, you will manage the performance and deliverables of subcontractors or external vendors, ensuring they meet Cambium Learning Group's quality standards and project timelines.
  • • Following project implementations, you will lead post-implementation meetings to meticulously identify and document both successful elements and areas for improvement. This critical feedback loop ensures that lessons learned are applied to future projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing across the organization.
  • • You will be responsible for upholding and maintaining stringent quality standards throughout all program activities. This involves ensuring that established processes are rigorously followed and that all outcomes are thoroughly documented. You may also be tasked with reviewing current systems and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, implementing necessary process changes, and developing new policies and procedures, including comprehensive training materials.
  • • Regular internal and external project meetings will be a key part of your role, where you will facilitate discussions, track progress, and develop and deliver clear, concise progress reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • • You will actively participate in proposal development activities, contributing your program management expertise to secure new business opportunities and expand Cambium Learning Group's reach and impact.
