📋 Description

• • Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations for Crusoe Energy Systems, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across all infrastructure categories including high-density GPU clusters, networking, compute, storage, and sub-sea fiber links.
• • Architect and maintain real-time executive dashboards that provide a single source of truth for supply chain spend, lead-time volatility, and deployment velocity, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• • Own the strategic Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for Tier-1 suppliers, moving beyond tactical metrics to drive long-term roadmap alignment, continuous improvement, and attainment of "Preferred Partner" status.
• • Drive the adoption and standardization of procurement and tracking tools—including Coupa, Jira, and SAP—across all technical silos to eliminate data silos and ensure a unified view of the global cloud stack.
• • Partner with Technical Project Managers to develop predictive supply chain models that account for the unique lifecycle requirements of diverse infrastructure assets, enabling proactive planning and risk mitigation.
• • Establish, govern, and enforce a unified KPI framework to measure supplier health and delivery performance consistently across all hardware and service categories.
• • Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with Crusoe’s company objectives, including strategic sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, and negotiation.
• • Manage the full supply chain lifecycle from raw material sourcing through final product delivery, ensuring timely and reliable fulfillment of mission-critical infrastructure needs.
• • Optimize logistical operations to reduce operational costs and improve flow efficiency across global supply chains, including international shipping and customs coordination.
• • Oversee inventory management processes to mitigate stock shortages, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and maintain optimal stock levels across distributed sites.
• • Conduct comprehensive supply chain risk assessments and develop proactive contingency plans to ensure business continuity amid supply disruptions, geopolitical shifts, or market volatility.
• • Lead cross-functional teams to accurately forecast demand and align supply with operational needs, coordinating with engineering, finance, operations, and field deployment teams.
• • Champion sustainability practices throughout procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe Energy’s environmental goals and responsible sourcing standards.
• • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to maintain Crusoe’s competitive advantage in AI infrastructure procurement and supply chain innovation.
• • Travel up to 35% of the time to support on-site supplier engagements, manufacturing facilities, and operational sites across North America.
• • Manage procurement budgets and oversee financial compliance for all supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with corporate financial controls and reporting standards.
• • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to strengthen relationships, resolve escalation issues, and ensure consistent service delivery.
• • Implement and maintain compliance with all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards for procurement and supply chain functions.
• • Leverage Crusoe Industries’ Acumatica (ERP) system to track, report, and optimize supply chain performance across all operational domains.
