- • Architect and maintain real-time supply chain dashboards to deliver executive-level insights on spend, lead-time volatility, and deployment velocity, ensuring a single source of truth for leadership decision-making.
- • Own the end-to-end Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for Tier-1 suppliers, shifting from tactical tracking to strategic roadmap alignment and cultivating "Preferred Partner" status through continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Drive standardization of procurement and tracking tools—including Coupa, Jira, and SAP—across technical silos such as Networking, Compute, Storage, and Connectivity to eliminate data silos and enable unified visibility into the global cloud stack.
- • Partner with Technical Project Managers to develop predictive supply chain models tailored to the unique lifecycle requirements of infrastructure categories like high-density GPU clusters and sub-sea fiber links.
- • Establish and govern a unified KPI framework to consistently measure supplier health and delivery performance across all hardware types, from AI compute modules to energy-related equipment.
- • Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with Crusoe’s company objectives, ensuring alignment between supply chain actions and organizational priorities.
- • Manage the full end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material sourcing and vendor selection to final product delivery and post-deployment support.
- • Optimize logistical operations to reduce operational costs, improve delivery timelines, and ensure seamless movement of goods across domestic and international networks.
- • Oversee inventory management systems to mitigate stock shortages, prevent excess or obsolete inventory, and maintain optimal stock levels across global sites.
- • Conduct comprehensive risk management for all supply contracts, including proactive contingency planning to safeguard business continuity amid supply disruptions.
- • Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure precise supply alignment.
- • Champion and integrate sustainability practices into all procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with Crusoe Energy’s environmental goals and ESG commitments.
- • Monitor global industry trends, market conditions, and emerging supply chain innovations to maintain Crusoe’s competitive advantage and anticipate supply risks or opportunities.
- • Travel to vendor sites, manufacturing facilities, and data centers on a minimum of 35% of workdays to conduct on-site evaluations, supplier audits, and operational reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
- • 10+ years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector
- • Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains, vendor compliance, and implementing operational improvements
- • Proficiency in supply chain management software, including experience navigating Acumatica (ERP)
- • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- • Experience with Strategic Sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management
