- • Senior Project Manager at Second Front Systems, Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving the Technical Implementation strategy for the Game Warden platform, a revolutionary DevSecOps solution accelerating secure SaaS adoption for U.S. government missions; this role directly supports national security by enabling defense agencies to leverage cutting-edge technology faster and more securely.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer delivery projects from pre-sales milestones through technical onboarding, facilitating knowledge transfer between engineering and customers while building strong relationships; collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and drive successful outcomes; building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies using tools like Jira and Confluence; identifying and escalating risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early to prevent delays; providing accurate, timely delivery status updates to customers, stakeholders, and the Director of Project Delivery; maintaining comprehensive delivery tracking and documentation; and driving project planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- • In this role, the Senior Project Manager will develop deep expertise in managing complex technical implementations within highly regulated defense and federal environments, gain advanced proficiency in DevSecOps workflows and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, IL5, and CMMC, strengthen leadership and influence without authority through cross-functional collaboration, and contribute directly to measurable improvements in software delivery speed and security for U.S. government missions—building a career defined by impact, growth, and purpose.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders, particularly in SaaS or cybersecurity-focused environments.
- • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail, including proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce for planning, tracking, and documentation.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and successful customer outcomes.
- • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices, including experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring adaptability and organization.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
