  • • As a Senior Project Manager at Netrix Global, you will be instrumental in leading and orchestrating the successful delivery of end-to-end services to our valued clients within the Professional Services and Delivery Operations department. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to ensure that every service engagement not only meets but consistently exceeds client expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and contractual adherence.
  • • You will serve as the primary conduit for communication and collaboration between our clients and our internal service delivery teams. This involves fostering strong, trust-based relationships, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those into actionable service delivery plans. Your ability to manage these relationships effectively will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • • A core responsibility will be the meticulous management of project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • • You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This data-driven approach will allow you to monitor service performance, identify potential deviations from agreed standards, and implement proactive measures to maintain high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves proactive risk and issue management. You will anticipate potential challenges that could impact delivery timelines or client satisfaction, develop contingency plans, and lead the resolution of any escalated customer issues or service errors. This includes conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • • Continuous improvement will be a driving force in your work. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance our service delivery processes, streamline operations, and boost overall efficiency. This may involve leading initiatives to adopt new methodologies, implement best practices, or leverage technology to improve service outcomes.
  • • You will act as a mentor and leader for project managers and service delivery teams. This involves fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting professional development, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service.
  • • Collaboration with the sales and account management teams is crucial. You will work closely with them to understand client needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • • Developing and delivering comprehensive service performance reviews and reports for clients will be a regular duty. These reports will provide clear visibility into service performance, highlight achievements, and identify areas for strategic optimization, further strengthening the client partnership.
  • • You will be expected to possess a deep understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL or Agile, and apply them effectively to manage projects and optimize service operations.
  • • The ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting stringent deadlines, is essential for success in this role.
  • • A proactive, problem-solving attitude is paramount. You will be expected to anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
  • • Experience in budget management and a solid understanding of the financial metrics associated with service delivery will be necessary to ensure the profitability and efficiency of client engagements.
