• • The Senior Project Manager - Autoimmune plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers activities for designated clinical study projects to ensure that project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are accomplished.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients, coordinating and overseeing all functional services and external vendors to meet timelines and budgets, managing study budgets to ensure scope adherence, maintaining integrated collaboration with clinical operations, developing comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management, ensuring quality management including eTMF inspection readiness, establishing tracking metrics for trial progress, preparing status updates for clients and senior management, leading internal and client meetings, communicating protocol issues and implementing corrective actions, conducting formal presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring study-specific training compliance, supporting business development and marketing activities including travel for Bid Defenses, performing other duties as assigned, remaining compliant with organizational training and administrative duties, and providing ongoing feedback including annual performance reviews.
