  • • Senior Project Manager (SPM) responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities, ensuring successful delivery of CNS/Neuroscience studies in alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • • Directs technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight to secure on-time, high-quality trial completion.
  • • Collaborates with major functional area leads (e.g., clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical monitoring) to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex project issues, interpret data, and implement effective business decisions.
  • • Ensures all project deliverables meet customer-defined time, quality, and cost expectations through proactive monitoring, issue escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • • Works under the guidance of Project Management Directors and in close partnership with therapeutic area experts to maintain scientific rigor and operational excellence throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • • Develops deep global operational expertise in CNS/Neuroscience therapeutic areas while contributing to innovative trial designs and process enhancements that improve patient outcomes and study efficiency.
  • • Joins a global, mission-driven CRO of over 3,500 experts dedicated to improving lives through pioneering clinical research, where diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety are foundational to team success.

  • • Gains exposure to complex, multinational CNS studies and develops leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams across time zones, cultures, and functional boundaries.
  • • Builds expertise in clinical trial management within a CRO setting, strengthening competencies in regulatory compliance, vendor management, and client relationship stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 6-7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO environment.
  • • Proven experience managing CNS/Neuroscience studies is required for this position.
  • • University or college degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
  • • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams across complex clinical trials.
  • • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) or similar software.
  • • Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure in demanding, fast-paced situations.
