- • The Senior Project Manager - Oncology plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers activities for designated clinical study projects to ensure project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are accomplished, playing a critical role in advancing oncology and cell/gene therapy research.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing study budgets and timelines, coordinating with internal and external vendors, developing comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation strategies, ensuring quality management and eTMF inspection readiness, preparing status reports for senior management, leading meetings, conducting presentations, and supporting business development activities.
- • PFM Asset Management (operating as Precision Medicine Group) is a remote-first organization dedicated to accelerating the development of life-saving therapies through expert clinical research services, with a strong focus on oncology and advanced therapeutics.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in global clinical trial management, strengthen leadership in cross-functional environments, gain influence in strategic project planning and financial oversight, and contribute directly to the success of high-impact oncology studies while advancing professional growth in a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- • Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years of direct project management experience
- • Experience managing complex and global trials, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS
- • Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and project management software
- • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, manage risks, and ensure quality and compliance in clinical studies
- • Preferred: Experience in oncology and/or cell and gene therapy research
