  • • As a Senior Proposal Manager – Pricing at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will be at the forefront of developing sophisticated and compelling pricing solutions that are integral to securing new business and driving the company's growth within the global Contract Research Organization (CRO) sector.
  • • This pivotal role involves close collaboration with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Clinical Operations, and subject matter experts (SMEs), to craft high-quality proposals and pricing strategies that precisely align with both the operational strategy and the technical approach for complex clinical development protocols and programs.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and developing comprehensive bids, statements of work (SOWs), presentations, and other critical documents that empower the Business Development organization.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to critically review and constructively challenge input from SMEs, ensuring that the proposed pricing strategy is not only financially sound but also strategically aligned with and supportive of the overall operational delivery strategy, thereby maximizing our competitive advantage.
  • • You will play a crucial role in maintaining and refining pricing metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy across therapeutic areas and service offerings, which is vital for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • • The position requires you to develop and articulate proposal-specific commercial strategies, which will be presented to and approved by pricing leadership, demonstrating your strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with Account Directors, Clinical, and Operational teams to seamlessly integrate pricing solutions into comprehensive proposals and SOWs, ensuring a cohesive and persuasive package for potential clients.
  • • To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, establishing clear priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, internal reviews, and final approvals to consistently meet demanding proposal deadlines.
  • • You will serve as the central point of contact for the collection and consolidation of pricing-related information from various internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring all necessary data is accurately captured.
  • • Through effective communication and collaboration with SMEs, you will gather essential information and customize pricing solutions to meet the unique requirements of each proposal, demonstrating adaptability and a client-centric approach.
  • • You will be expected to respond to both routine and non-routine inquiries related to pricing and proposals in a timely, professional, and accurate manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate resources for resolution.
