- • As a Senior / Proposal Manager at Worldwide Holdings Corporation, you will be a pivotal member of the Business Development Operations team, driving significant bookings targets and reinforcing our strategic market position through innovative and collaborative proposal development.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of compelling proposals, taking ownership of the writing, coordination, and presentation of responses across various formats including Word, PowerPoint, and other specified systems.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to managing the proposal development lifecycle, working closely with Account Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all aspects of our service offerings are clearly and effectively articulated.
- • You will actively participate in crucial project strategy discussions, translating complex scientific and operational information into persuasive proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- • A key responsibility involves meticulous proofreading, editing, rewriting, and revising proposal content to guarantee exceptional readability, unwavering consistency, absolute accuracy, and complete relevance to client needs.
- • To ensure timely delivery, you will establish clear priorities and target dates for all stages of proposal development, including information gathering, writing, internal reviews, and final approvals.
- • You will be adept at collating proposal content independently, leveraging team discussions and internal knowledge libraries, and only requesting direct input from SMEs when primary sources are insufficient.
