You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust relationships with key healthcare systems, integrated delivery systems (IDS), and physician groups, ensuring our network is not only adequate and competitive but also aligned with our mission to provide exceptional care to our members.
• • As a Senior Provider Network Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and continuously maintain a high-performing provider network across your assigned geographic area. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential network partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all providers meet Devoted Health's rigorous standards for quality, access, and cost-effectiveness. You will be the face of Devoted Health to many of our crucial external partners, building trust and fostering collaborative relationships that are essential for delivering integrated healthcare solutions.

You will be tasked with analyzing provider-level data across a spectrum of quality, cost, and utilization metrics. This deep dive into performance data will enable you to pinpoint areas for improvement, identify best practices, and develop targeted initiatives to enhance member health outcomes. The ability to translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights and present these findings effectively to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, provider leadership, and internal operational teams, is paramount.
