- • In this pivotal role, you will architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems that are the backbone of our ML-driven products. You will work at the forefront of innovation, integrating advanced ML technologies such as transformers, vector databases, and other state-of-the-art tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of our platform. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and the operational excellence of our services.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our talented ML Engineers and Product Teams. This partnership will ensure the seamless integration of ML models and data pipelines into our production environment, bridging the gap between theoretical ML concepts and practical, high-impact software solutions. You will translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable backend architectures that can handle increasing data volumes and user demands.
- • You will take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for backend components. This includes writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to the highest standards of quality and performance optimization. A significant part of your role will involve maintaining and refactoring existing codebases, ensuring they remain robust, adaptable, and performant as our product evolves. Your expertise will be crucial in driving technical excellence and ensuring the long-term viability of our software.
- • A critical function of this role is to establish and manage robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will implement automated testing strategies, streamline deployment processes, and ensure effective version control, thereby accelerating our development cycles and improving the reliability of our releases. This will involve working closely with DevOps teams to optimize infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployments, efficient scaling, and comprehensive monitoring of our backend services.

- • This role operates on a specific work schedule: 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST, requiring candidates to be based in India.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a backend Python Developer in production environments.
- • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend APIs and microservice architectures.
- • In-depth understanding of Python deployment best practices, including virtual environments, dependency management, and containerization.
- • Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices and hands-on experience setting up and managing automated deployment pipelines.
- • Familiarity with integrating and working with Machine Learning technologies such as transformers and vector databases in backend systems.
- • Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (EC2, S3), and an ability to architect scalable backend solutions using cloud infrastructure.
